Hi AIM is an AOL Instant Messenger(AIM) client for android. Data sent through network. No SMS fee. Support smileys, color text, bubbles, send animations among Hi AIM users. Currently Hi AIM took the first place in android market’s communication category.

IMEasy is an instant messaging based application designed particularly for android mobile users. Equipped with handwriting input, video chat, map marking, graffiti and multi-share, IMEasy offers a fresh mobile chatting experience as well as amazingly extends “touch” with friends. If people want to chat with friends by handwriting, use IMEasy. If people want to show a travel plan to friend just like holding a map and a pen face to face, use IMEasy. If people want to draw paintings or share pictures with friends, use IMEasy.

Application Description

1. Chat mode: For handwriting input, write across the right edge of the writing pad to input more. You can also drag the vertical bar at the right bottom out to start video chat at the mean time.2. Map mode: Combine map with IM to make map shown interactively and synchronously. Any changes made by one side leads the same changes to the other. The chat message received can also be seen in map mode so you don’t need to frequently switch between chat and map mode to see the received chat message. The drawings will become a button that can be clicked to zoom in to see the drawings if it’s too small on the map. The map can also be rotated.

3. Map mode: Share the saved landmarks with friends. You can show any landmarks shared by your friends to your current contact or save them as your own landmarks.

4. Paint mode: Combine paint with IM to let friends do paintings together. Zooming is not synchronous by design to make cooperative painting more flexible. The images can also be shared among friends via Picasa Web.

 What’s cool

As for chat, IMEasy offers cool handwriting method, as well as traditional plain text input. With unique handwriting and funny expression, users stamp their own style on the message, especially those who use handwriting mode a lot in their desktop messenger.

As for map, unlike traditional location based service, by combining map with IM, IMEasy can show map synchronously and interactively. When start showing map with friend, any changes made by one side lead to the same changes on the other, including map moving, zooming, rotating and custom drawings over the map. The map in current view can be saved as landmark which can be shown later either in IMEasy or web browser. And furthermore, IMEasy allows the saved landmarks to be shared among friends. By combining map, IM and multi-share all together, you can do things that can never be done before. For example, when you start showing map with your friend A, you can show A the landmarks shared by your friend B two months ago, while A and B doesn’t need to know each other.

As for paint, two can draw paintings together. The saved paintings can also be shared among friends via picasa web.

In all, IMEasy is aimed at serving a new communication pattern among friends.
